My question is- in training this puppy...
Whats the best advice you could give me... I watch dog whisper like you would not believe... But I want advice from Corgi mammas & pappa's!!!

Fiddle with his feet, ears, etc constantly so as to no problems in the future. Also lots of touching & interaction while feeding so as to get him use to you being around during that time & there will be no confrontations (if you need to take something out of his mouth for instance). Daisy will be a good "mama" to him & scold him from time to time. "Passive" training works great! Use commands associated with a "task" whenever possible: for instance I always used the command "load-up" when we were getting in the car - even though he was too small to get in unassisted. Now he knows "load-up" means get in the car, or at least get his front paws up there so I can boost him in...
Read around here & other Pembroke sites to form an amalgam that will work for you & your dogs. Every home, person & dog is different. If you have Netflix, they have some dog training dvd's...
