Hello My corgi !

So Dr. Sheldon Cooper is now 7 month and 1/2 and as been a very awesome puppy. Great in the crate , not to barky ( well he does like the attention) But we been having a little pee trouble.

So Yesterday before going to bet my hubby found a wet spot on our conferter. I got a little panic and though it was the cat but in fact it was Sheldon ! Figure that out because after playing with him in the bed ( like 3 min after ) I found an other wet spot. I didn't see him do it but i'm a little dissapointed because he didnt do any accident for like over 3 month. Now I think these accident happen right after we play with him in the bed. Is it possible for him to get to exited and need to go pee ? We are gonna try to not play with him in the bed and see how it goes. Any other corgi owner had the same issue with thier little one ? any advice ?

Thanks  :)

If you ask him to play with a full bladder, he can and probably will want to relieve himself immediately as it feels pretty awful to have to "contain it" after getting all excited and moving around and being jostled. Once, when Ace was a year and a half, I didn't take him downstairs to the courtyard after he'd drank a bucketful of water. Instead, we played ball in the corridor and I wrestled him. He got up, took a couple steps, and then started making it rain on the carpet of the hallway. I was like AHH! WHAT THE HECK! and my shock was enough to startle him. I took him down and he promptly released a jet stream for what felt like an eternity. And this is a dog who hasn't had an accident since the month after he arrived at my house! So yeah, sometimes play can make nature call. :-)

Hi Karyne, yes it can, yes other corgi owner had the same issue, it's all in the FAQ.
