her getting sick from others dogs poop is only possible if she sniffed it/ate it. before taking her out i would look around the area u r going to take her to do her businesses and see if there is any dog poop. her having her last parvo shot is great though. but it will take 2weeks to get into her system

Hi Lisa, there are many variants strains of parvo, the existing vaccine covers most but not all, you still need to take precaution after vaccination, avoid sniffing / licking / wading in other dog's feces / urine / rain puddles.

She should be ok to take out now. Most vets say give it 2 or 3 days. They already have the antibodies in their system so she is protected. The immune response from the last vaccine is much quicker and will only take a day or so. Not the full two or three weeks the very first shot took. When did the breeder start her vaccines and how many weeks did she give in between each vaccine? This is VERY important. If she started at 6-8 weeks and gave 3-4 weeks between each vaccine she should be fully protected. Also make sure she gave a distemper/parvo shot. I had a friend who's breeder only gave parvo the whole series so his dog was not protected against distemper, parainfluenza, or hepatitis (the DHP portion of the normal 4-5 way vaccine). I'd take her to a vet, have her checked out, and have the vet look over the paperwork to make sure. She is not vaccinated against rabies yet, so just keep that in mind. And there is always a risk of getting sick from parasites and bacteria found in dog poop or standing water (giardia, coccidia, leptospirosis, etc). So just keep that in mind and  be aware of your surroundings.
