My little Beulah puppy was born 7.6.09, just brought her home over Labor Day weekend. She is impossibly cute and so well behaved for a puppy her age.

I went to a corgi meet and i realize my corgi is REALLLY small. I saw a litter of 2 month old cardigan pups and they were as big as Pancake!

Pancake is now 5 1/2 months and weigh 10 lbs!! =(

My sister-in-law, who is a vet, took one look at our guy when he was a little pup, and said he was going to be a smallish corgi. His parents were 26 and 24 lbs. Anyway, he's almost 7 mos and weighs about 19 lbs. I thought I heard somewhere that they keep growing for more than a year...? Meg's growth spurt comment is accurate from what I've read. How big were the parents?

I say trust the vet :) I'm sure corgis are like people, some are healthy when they're a littler size and some are healthy when they're bigger. They probably also get growth spurts at different times, so maybe your lil guy will grow more between 6-7 mos than he did from 5-6. Mine did.. he hovered around 15-17 lbs for ages before he finally got some more growing done. ;)

ok so not to get back on that darling weight topic, but Walk just went in to get a tooth pulled, and i felt he was under weight? he is 6 months 2 weeks and weigh 17.4 # the vet did not seem to be concerned but i felt he was on the lighter side (he does eat well) just curious what others thought

The only real purpose to register a dog would be for reasons of showing or breeding. But if neither of those are going to happen, I don't think there is really a point to register the dog. Reaghan is eventually gonna be bred with my sisters tri-color, and may have the possibility of random showing. But other than that she is just my house pup. :)
I like your name for Indiana Meg, Really cute :) My girl got the first part of her name from her dad, Black Jack Cool, and I figured I'd throw something inbetween that and her real name. Thus Cowgirl. And it helps that I grew up around horses and cows, and she will partly too. :)
