This may sound silly but I got a baby tooth:) Sami and I were playing gently on the floor and it just came out on the carpet! Yes (insert smile from ear to ear here:)

@Adriana, my love's name is also Henry ;) he is still so young, but growing fast and learning new things every day! :)

My little Henry went down the stairs for the first time Monday night. He is only 10 weeks old! He is growing up so fast.

We just brought Cricket home today and I just wanted some info. When do we do the first round of shots? The breeder gave him the Parvo shot. When do I need to schedule more shots? And what is the safest and best way to trim nails? Do those "seen on tv" trimmers work well, I think they are called pedi paws?

Farley got his last round of shots today. He is doing fine - 16 weeks and a few days and 13 pounds. He sends a big "woof" out to all his corgi puppy friends and especially to Sami after her surgery. Glad she's doing well.

Well Sami was spayed yesterday and she is doing fantastic! We were able to go visit her last night for about an hour, my vet likes to keep them over night if they have been opened up. But I was able to see that she was doing great. When they called me to let me know the surgery went fine the vet told me "Her surgery was ho-hum, boring just the way I like them to be". The incision is so small, not even as long as my index finger. Boy have they made advances in 25 years as far as that is concerned. Just surprised me how tiny it is. She is sleeping now after having had something to eat and cuddle time with me. I have taken 3 days vacation to be with her so she will be getting spoiled even more then normal. Her something to eat was part of a filet mingon left over from Sunday and tonight I am making a chicken pot pie for dinner so there will be extra chicken breast meat for her. It is very high in protien which will help her to heal faster. We upped her protien intake about a week ago to give her every advantage on this.

Hi all, I am fairly new to the site and still getting accustomed to it, but loving it more and more each day. It is all I have right now. My puppy Bailey was born 5/31/09, and she will join us at home the end of July...The wait is driving me a bit crazy.
Once Bailey is home with us, I will be taking so many pictures and sharing them on this site. Until then, I come here to read other people's stories and advice :-)
