Are there any Corgi people in Tucson who get together? I'm new to the site, and corgi ownership.

Gromit is one lucky dog with his own training center.
Anyone WHO was at the picnic March 14th and waited to the end the pictures the photographer took can be seen at www.pupart.com

Alice, years ago I had a Springer Spaniel that I trained to jump through my "hooped" arms. Of course he could jump pretty high and I could bend over further in those days and still stand up again. :-(

Ha ha, no, the course you have set up is great. I was just teasing about the hoop. You could always just have someone stand with a hula hoop. :)

Hoop jump? I'd forgotten about that one! Well, we're pretty much out of room in the yard, Alice, so we may have to do without that one. Of course we could buy a house with a bigger yard....Hmmm....no, not too practical even for me.

Well then it sounds like you have pretty much everything now! Unless you want to add a hoop jump. :)

Alice, I built the weave poles this evening. Easiest part of the project! :-)

Pa'ani, the dog walk uprights are simple torsion boxes built with 1/2" x 12" shelf wood sandwiching two pieces of 2x4. The uprights rest on 4x4 redwood that I salvaged from an old shed skid. The run part is just more 1/2" x 12" shelf wood with flat hinges for the slant boards so they can fold over for easier moving of the whole unit. The slant boards have a bit of redwood on the ends to keep the cheap shelf wood off the damp ground. The whole thing is screwed together with 1 5/8" deck screws.
