I recently adopted a brindle Cardigan from a shelter in Buena Vista, CO.  I'm guessing he is just around a year old and we are so happy to have him in our family!  Eager to learn more about Cardis, I had wanted one for years. Sure wish I  knew more about where he came from......

I've got a little b/w girl who is deep black all the way to her undercoat, not a hint of tan in it. Same with one of the Dirty Dozen puppies. The girl is 8 weeks old and not one hint of a tan undercoat, though her b./w brother seems to be showing some tan undercoat.

My black and white cardi has a bright red brindle undercoat.

Both my brindle/white and my tri-colored Cardigan's undercoats are grey underneath the longer, black hair.

Cowboy's undercoat was a beautiful white! It's pretty funny how they all differ!

My cardi is tri-colored but mostly black. His undercoat is white in most areas.

Okay this is a sort of a silly question, but those of you who have black cardigans, may I ask what color his or her undercoat is?

Yep, Jon Farleigh and Dewi love a game of chase, as well as let's see how long I can keep this toy away from my brother. They can also get really loud!
