@Kristin Jessup your right, its cheap, it all comes down to the breeding and the papers that come with the pup and the pup's parents, generally  the more you pay, the better the pedigree and the breeding and the care, so keep that all in mind too Leslie.

@Leslie Wilbur - If your looking to buy a corgi, look to spend anywhere from 150-500 at the least, i'd turn to google and look for corgi breeders near you, and you can even go to the forums here to see if anyone knows more for your area, and of course there is always adoption. I wish you luck, I'm still waiting for my pup myself.

hello! No one seems to have been on recently. Do you leave as you get your corgis? My son and I have been looking for a corgi pup for a while now,any suggestioons?

The countdown to Piper's arrival is down to about 3 weeks!! Time really does fly when you're getting ready for a puppy :D

Hi Raelynne! I totally understanding the OCD nature of preparing for a pup! I've been going through it for the past couple of weeks, and we're not getting our pup until the beginning of March :) I'd love to compare lists/knowledge sometime - drop me a line!

we're meeting our first breeder (and so far the one we like the most) on february 4th. because of a HUGE work project (new building construction) that i'm heavily involved in, we can't have any puppies until end of summer or early fall.  winter, even.  but i'm hardcore prepping for a corgi *now*. i have checklists and research and books and shopping lists and basically my OCD is all-corgi ALL THE TIME. but you know, for now it's future puppy! (just for now)
