I need to get Cooper over thinking my husband is attacking me every time he gets close lol lol :o0 "well not realy funny" well were working on it `tina~
Oh yes Tina I can see it all, Corky is the same!!! He was terrible with the mop and vacuum! My daughter cleans for me and she wouldnt tolerate it. We watched the dog whisperer and he says not to let them fixate on things they can obsess with you have to stop it right away so he is over the vacuum and mop but occasionally she hears what we call the "alligator jaws" where we here his little jaws snapping if he comes near to the offensive item! But alas I thought the shovel was funny and let him go nuts whle i shoveled, now all he has to do is see it standing outside and it incites him to such anger, how dare it just lean aginst the house so casually! So I must be firm but I havent even thought of the leaf blower and chain saw oh my gosh! Its not really funny but it is!
Lisa this is too funny..well mabey not,Cooper dos'nt bark at mine but he's right their trying to help it,,If you know what i meen,,when i get a whole dug he put's his toys in it ?? not sure what thats all about but i;ll let him play in it till im ready to plant,,I too wont let Cooper out when any moterized thing are going,,The leaf blower is his fav, lol chain saws ,weedeaters ,lawnmowers ,,he hates and runs right up on them,,One day while tilling the vegi garden he took off tward's it and i almost lost it yelling for him to stop,,My husband was tilling and i did'nt even think hed hate that too,,,Ohh yea the vacume cleaner is another one ,,Hates it with a corgi pasion,,It's almost like he wants to play with these things,,Bad new's,,Just be careful when using these things :o) `tina~ and Cooper
Izzy chases the shovel, broom, hose, sprinkler. We absolutely do not let her out when we are using the weedeater and lawn mower. I think that would be a disaster. Perhaps try introducing the shovel to Corky. I am no dog expert nor do I pretend to be. But through trial and error we have found introduction to items they are not sure of by sitting on the ground at their level with the item that is questionable and showing them that it is not a bad thing. Izzy chases all the items mentioned above more as a game not aggressively.
Does anyone have a problem with the shovel? Corky hates it bites at the blade barks and growels whenver i use it! If he goes outside and it is resting against the wall you would think it was an axe murder sent to slay us?!
Waaaaayyyyyy too cute! Such a happy boy!! I'll be sure to look for your other pics on your page.
One of the reasons I love corgis - happy faces and spirits! Bless their little souls!
