You can also search petfinder with your postal code for corgis. Most of them are mixes but lovely dogs still! We got Mickey (the one in my profile picture) at the refuge AMR in Saint Constant and we have taken in 4 corgis in the Montreal area from shelters. If you are willing to wait for a shelter dog, they do come up (in Ontario as well!)

2-3 hours on the weekend days I meant to say! :)

Both of our corgis, regardless of exercise, love to bark. Corgis are indeed known for their barking and it will vary from dog to dog and their personality. We exercise usually an hour and a half a day both off leash and on leash during the week and about 2-3 hikes on the weekend. Exercise is key for sure but they are a breed of dog who are known for barking.

My corgi doesn't bark at all.  They can live in an apartment but they need a lot of exercise.

Thanks for your answers! Also, I heard corgies barks a lot? I'm living in a appartment and I don't want to make too much noise... What do you think? Is it a good idea?

Hi Patricia, I would definitely go with a breeder... Mezzoo, Spockcorgis or élevage du sous-bois. Corgis are incredible dogs.  Layla will be 4 years old in April and she's so precious.  Best of luck and please keep us posted.
