Any fellow Bostonian corgis, Webley would love some new friends! :)
Just wanted to remind you guys that there is a corgi get-together Friday morning in Medfield, MA-the details can be found on the event page, hope to see some of you guys there!
Welcome Louise! I am so sorry to hear about your corgi. We lost Jerry to DM this past spring. It is such a horrible disease.
I don't know much about breeders, but I hear very good things about Ann Bowes / Heronsway Corgis. I don't know if she tests for DM, but hopefully she does. She is in Duxbury.
Hello all wonderful corgi lovers,
I just joined your group. I had to put my corgi down this past fall. She had degenerative myelopothy, a neurological disease that's, unfortunately, common in corgis. I'm looking to get another, but I want to find a breeder who tests for DM. Can any of you recommend good breeders out there? I'm from MA. and would love to find someone close to home. I'm not interested in show dog quality, I just want a healthy dog.
Thanks.
Louise
Welcome Lisa
There is a Halloween gathering at Kingston State Park in Kingston NH 1 PM on Oct. 30th.
I don't know how many will be in costume. Pat said his two will be dressed and my Duchess's costume is in the works. Hope you plan to come. June
My Corgi Girlfriends are named Sadie & Cadie. We live in SW NH on a Welsh Pony farm. My Corgi's have the same wonderful pleasing personalities as my ponies!
Hehe hi Lucy! Thanks for the nice words I love pippy! Haha and the pumpking was a brain child of eating too many candy corns lol
