After we got a hold of Kim, it was very easy. She answered all of our questions and sent us weekly pictures of the pups. There was no waiting list for us but it depends on if she has pups available, the color, the lines, etc. We told her what type of personality we wanted and we picked our puppy a couple weeks before they were ready to go home, you really can't go wrong with any of her pups! We paid 1250, and we sent her a 100 dollar deposit. We got a cashier's check for the remaining 1150 and gave it to her when we picked up our puppy. She does not typically accept personal checks due to issues in the past. She gave us all the vet info along with some flea and tick medicine and medicine to calm her tummy for the first couple days.

Kim is very nice-once you get to speak to her. I sent her a deposit and then she sent photos of the puppies once they were born. 

She is great to work with-we ultimately didn't go with her and she was so kind by giving us our deposit back. She is easy to work with and again very nice. I hope to someday get a pup from her. 

She asked for a deposit of $200

Hi guys! I have a question. How does the process of getting a pup from Poso Creek work? 

Is there a wait list before the pups are born or after, do you drop off the deposit and pay the rest later, etc. Thanks so much again!!! I'm going to try really hard to get a puppy from here.

Kae Lee-

When we tried to contact Kim in late July, she took a couple weeks to get back to us. We called and e-mailed. She finally got back to us after I sent her an e-mail from a random website she was listed on, so try all the breeder or puppy ad websites you find her on. Also, she had a recent death in the family when we were trying to contact her which was the cause for the delay. I would keep trying, we got lucky and she had two litters and we got pick of 4 girls. Good luck!

Hi Krisen. I have two of Kim's Corgis. They are great dogs. Glad to see you've seen the Northen Nevada Corgi group. It's been fun getting Corgis together to play. Real nice people and dogs. Looking forward to meeting up.

This is our puppy, Zelda! She is from Kim's 7/13/2014 litter. She's completely amazing. I don't think I could ever have another breed of dog, she has just been such a breeze with training and her temperament is wonderful. She is our first corgi, but we would like to get another one from Kim eventually (possibly a black-headed tri). We currently live in Las Vegas, but will be moving to Reno soon :) beachcorg.jpg

Our little Cozmo is one of Kim's puppies, he's been with us since January 4,2015 (born 10/26/14)and he is absolutely wonderful! He is our third Corgi, first onefrom Kim. So far, aside from all of the usual puppy stuff, he has been great!
