has a list of events and breeders for Pembroke corgis.
I live in the LA area and am looking to get a corgi puppy soon! I was in contact with Kim from Poso Creek but the prices of her puppies raised to $2000 which is out of my budget.
Does anyone know of any reputable breeders in the SoCal area that will be having puppies anytime soon?
Hey Corgi Owners, I'm from Georgia, but moved to Texas, and now I'm moving to Ventura, CA. Any of ya'll close and maybe want to talk/meet up one day? I'll be moving there on 10-24-15. My corgi is a female, named Charlee and is 3. Thanks!!
Lisa was very kind-and comes highly recommended. She did contact me and was kind enough to offer a corgi she had, but I had already committed to another breeder. I have heard only great things about Lisa and her corgis. Hope you come to So Cal Beach day!
I have never heard of "California Pembroke Welsh Corgis" located in Arroyo Grande? But I have a similar question. Has anyone heard of "Noble Hearts Corgis"?
You can find them on some of the puppy listing sites that Kim of Poso Creek is on as well. I've also seen a few good reviews on them from other forums, however the accounts used to write the reviews were usually new and had one post only(seeming fishy to me).
Has anyone heard of "California Pembroke Welsh Corgis" located in Arroyo Grande? They only have a Facebook presence, and have a litter expected on March 1-$800. I haven't heard anything before, and don't know anyone that has "friended" them. I can't find any information about them...
@rebceccas
After a few months and finding smithshireglencorgis, Bigelbach contacted me that she had one corgi that she would be willing to sell me. It was too late or I would have considered her-but to tell you the truth was really put off by her so strongly against selling to anyone not in San Diego. I am one hour away-closer than many areas of SD. Offensive as I am a responsible and experienced corgi owner. I would think she would consider the responsibility and integrity of the buyer more than their location. If she is so great that she can be a bit arrogant-thats her right. But I wanted a welcoming breeder that was more concerned about the kind of home that her corgis were going to than location. I am in Orange County-I thought it was odd.
@Orange corgi mum - I have seen their facebook and petfinder page so I was not so sure. On their website, they say they test their dogs, etc, but I still had an uneasy feeling with them. I know their have a profile on this website so I don't want to seem rude but it is alarming some of the things you have brought up. Thank so much for your input on WMF.
I am from Kern County so I know Kim is the closest. I have no restrictions as long as they are near/around the SoCal area however. I will look more into Smithshireglencorgis. It seems as I have been on their site before, which I can't seem to remember though.Thanks so much for the advice everyone!
@S, this is the first time I've read a negative comment on Kim's puppies. I've read from several forums and even Reddit on people recommending her. Thanks for your input. :)
