It was raining here in So. Cal after a fairly warm winter weekend. This meant that we couldn't go outside for our normal walk. On rainy days, or lazy days, we like to play fetch indoors. This is how I keep my Corgi nice and exercised when I am unable to take her out.
Oh wow. I didn't realize you were coming in from so far away. If it's any consolation, we're holding the meetups a little later in the day now. 3 or 4 in the afternoon instead of first thing in the morning. It tends to wear them out closer to bed time. LOL
Hey guys!
We haven't seen you in a while and were wondering how things are going. We hope you come to another meetup soon. We're thinking of a group dog-beach outing or maybe a snow-play caravan in the next few months.
Were you able to attend the picnic yesterday in Burbank? There were so many Corgis and human companions. I didn't keep track who from Mycorgi.com was able to attend other than Ginny.
Anyway, I took pictures of the event. You can find a link on my latest blog entry if you're interested.
It was great meeting you folks, too.
If you're thinking about adopting a rescue, make sure you go to pwccsc.org and put in an interest form. There seems to be an increasing flow of owner-surrenders this year.
