I was surprised when my husband watched it and actually got into it. We didn't rent it until July, our kids were gone to Grandma's and I thought "what the heck I am gonna give in and watch it" It was better than I expected, and I finally read the books in September, read all four books in five days. My husband hates to read but he wants to see the next movie.

I'll go that weekend, either Friday or Saturday. I'm dragging my husband along with me. He loves vampires but isn't a fan of Twilight. He never really gave it a chance. When I rented the Twilight movie he made fun of the first 10 minutes then fell asleep and woke up during the end fight in the ballet studio and started making fun of it again. That earned him a pillow in the face since by that point I was way to involved for him to be cracking jokes and distracting me. :)

It's mostly Kristen Stewart that he doesn't like. I'm not a fan of her either but I can get past that and enjoy the story and Robert Pattinson. :)

our kids are going to spend the week of Thanksgiving with my parents so we are just going to go to a show sometime that week. luckily we live in a small town so there isn't usually huge problems with selling out.

My boy gives me grief about dragging him to the movies, but I know he secretly likes them! :) I'm quite upset as I had planned on purchasing tickets for the midnight show about 3 weeks ago only to find that all six midnight showings were already sold out more than a month in advance! Unfortunately, I can't justify driving 20 minutes further to another theater, especially since I work early the next morning, so I had to settle for Friday tickets. I've never heard of tickets selling out so fast!

we saw the commercial for New Moon the other day and my hubby was like "is that the next movie about the vampires?" I said yes and he was like "we have to go see it at the theater". This is funny coming from him, he is a wait for the dvd kind of guy.

Yes! Since I've watched True Blood. I can't understand why she always refers to Edward as hard as stone? Seems that would hurt. Starting the next book Eclipse.
