I am reading Breaking Dawn for the second time. Still my favorite of the series. I read all of the Sookie books, and got caught up on all of the True Blood HBO series. My husband is more impatient then I am for the new season to start in June. I started reading a series about a teenage vampire, I believe it is the House of Night Series? In the young adult section of the library but very good books, different spin on the whole vamp thing then the other two series I have read. Any other good recomendations for vamp books? I am not into any that are really gorey, if that makes sense, lol. I like the themes of the ones I have read so far, kind of says that they are out there but not something you have to fear. Hopefully will get my internet turned on this week and will be able to get on more often, can't wait to be able to catch up with what everyone is reading.

Has any one read a series called the DarkAngel Trilogy? It's by author Meredith Ann Pierce. It was recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine who is a fantasy writer. She said if I liked Twilight I would like these. It looks like it's an older series and each book is pretty short but they do sound interesting.

My son saw Daybreakers last night, I was to tired to go.
I think that Eclipse comes out in May or June?

Daybreakers was interesting. On a scale of 1-10 I think I'd give it a 7. Ethan Hawke was looking handsome and there was a love interest but definitely not a love story. The movie was very bloody and suspenseful. Willem Dafoe was great as usual!

I'm ready for Eclipse to come out already! What's the date for that anyway? For now I'd settle for New Moon coming out on DVD. I can't believe it is STILL in theaters!

I'm going to see Daybreakers tonight. I know it's not a romantic vampire flick like Twilight but it's vampires none the less and I can't pass it up. :)

One of my inlaws bought a new car and it happens to be the same kind of car (even the same color) as the one Edward drives in the Twilight movie. She had no idea of course but said the sales man was giving her a hard time and asking her if she was a Twilight Mom and had the soundtrack in her purse so she could pop it in as she drives off the lot. Ha ha! It's kind of funny. I wonder how many of those cars they have sold due to the movie's popularity.
