Rescues are great. They are so appreciative of the love you have to offer. Izzy is such a love bug. I look at her and could not imagine how her owners could take her to the vet to have her put down. She is such a wonderful dog! Lodie is the same. He is so happy. If I could I would have property and do it full time. Perhaps after the kids are off to college. :-)

Cooper dose the same untill he gets one then he throws it and looses it lol their so much fun,,Id love to have another and im thinking about a rescue,mabey :o)

We do the same. Izzy would drown herself. She gets all wide eyed to like she's scared to death but she's not. She loves it. When the river is low they have shallow spots they can stop and then go back up river. Izzy also like to hunt for crawdads. She's pretty good about putting her head under water and pulling them out.

That is way cool! Our little Izzy likes to jump into the river current and let it carry her down a ways then she runs back up and jumps back in again.
