Let's get the LA corgis together on the westside!
(usually very well attended, every weekend even with rain and on holidays)

Notes:
1. Please freely set up your own meetup times! Common meetup locations include (all on the small dog side); Playa Vista's Obbereider Dog Park, Barrington Dogpark in Brentwood, Redondo Beach Dogpark.
2. Urge you all to join in with the current weekly meet up at the Redondo Beach Dog Park on Saturday & Sunday mornings from 8am-9am every week. It's on the small dog side but a large, grassy area. Ollie and I go every weekend and there's a great group of about 10-15 corgis (one day we hit 30+) and their people who consistently attend. A big plus is that everyone there is super friendly and helpful, and because it is early it is nice and cool for our furcoated-friends and leaves your day open for human playtime!
3. We will not be organizing meetups in Santa Monica as anyone who does not live in Santa Monica would be unable to meet there; you must be licensed in SM in addition to LA County in order to use the SM facilities, and this limits the corgis & people who could attend. Not worth risking it as it's a several hundred dollar fine and they actually have people at the park checking regularly.

Is anyone up for meeting at the Barrington Dog Park on Monday, Oct. 31, or Sunday Oct. 30th late afternoon? Costumes for corgis would be a great idea, and some fun games too.

Oh, sorry you and Lacey can't make it! Our head count for on & off list is up to about 6 or 8 now. For those of you who have met my former foster, Stanley, he is coming and will be bringing a friend Corgi too, Tilly. Former fosters Millie and Cricket may make it too! Sounds like a nice group!
