Johann is 8 months and weighs only 19 lbs.. and I don't think he's going to get any bigger!  His mom and dad were 18 and 20 lbs!  I like his small frame.. easier to pick up and hold :)

Emma is only 20 lbs and very sleek. Many people ask if she is part dachshund and it's so annoying! Emma is all corgi and all sorts of adorable. I'm happy to hear that there are others out there with tiny corgis!

Korey's not very itty-bitty... she's still kind of overweight. D: But I'm 5'1" so I guess I qualify for membership here... LOL. XD

Lucky is an 11 pound corgi mix. He'll celebrate his 8th birthday July 17th, so he's not a puppy! But the vets still think he is! I have no idea what he might be mixed with. But he's got curly-ish fur, and floppy ears. I was thinking maybe a spaniel? But not sure. He's the perfect size to cuddle with though! :)

My Chloe is just 17 lbs.  VERY petite.  And since I am only 5'2....I sympathize with her little stature!  :)  I've heard they're actually trying to breed corgi's to be a bit on the smaller side.  No matter what their size, they're ADORABLE!

Chewie's 9mos and checked in yesterday at slightly over 14lbs. Everyone I bumped into asked if she was a miniature corgi or a corgi-mix to which I'd reply, "Nah, she'll grow to normal size soon". Now after doing some research and finding this group… I'm not so sure!

Hello fellow itty bitties! :)

Schatzi will be 6 months in two weeks and is a mere 12 lbs....I am constantly asked if she is miniature. She is just petite! We'll see how much bigger she gets. I love her little size though - she's travel size! And healthy and happy, with more energy than most other dogs we meet :)

Pleased to join this group!  My 8 1/2 month old Cardigan is ~17 lbs, and she's been about that weight for a few months. I know both her mother and father who are on the small(ish) side, so at around 6 months, I talked to her breeder about her size (I have visited the breeder personally) and she advised that her mom was a "slow grower", so expect my puppy to grow over a longer period of time (than say my Pem, who was full grown at around 8 months).  Many of my breeders' Cardis are on the svelt side!  My Cardi eats ~3 cups of an Orijin Acana mix per day (Canadian dog foods that are 80% meat, 20% veg, no grain), plus treats, plus yogurt and she is very active.  It took me a while to get used to a lean, muscular active corgi ... I've only had Pems before (have a 2 year old now) ... and, well, Cardi's are different (this one is, anyway!)!  My Pem is 25lbs now, but getting her to that weight took some work - an active Cardi puppy really helped on the exercise front!  Some advice from my breeder gave to me regarding my thin(ish) Cardi - re-evaluate a puppy's food intake every two weeks. Some advice from my vet regarding my thin(ish) Cardi - its ok if you can feel her ribs, it is not ok if you can see them.  Our Cardi is a beauty ... along with our Pem, she sure gets a lot of attention where we live - I am not aware of any other Cardis in my city!

Well I think i may have you beat! I foster corgis before rescue periodically and have just been handed the smallest corgi I have ever seen. She came from a puppy mill so is a very timid seven year old - cute as a button and missing part of an ear - She came with the name Trixie but I want to change it to Van Gogh - we'll see. Anyway - full grown, not underweight, she weighs in at a towering 13lb 14oz!!! (I will have pictures shortly and if you know anyone looking to rescue this little girl, please let me know - we are in Denver)
