About My Corgi(s):: We had two very spolied cardigan corgis - AJ (Mother) and JR (Son). They had us trained well! We got AJ from a wonderful breeder in Havana Florida and when she had a litter of puppies we kept our JR. We lost both of our beloved babies in 2012.

Our recent addition are Missy and Sammy. Missy is from our original breeder in Havana, Florida and our Sammy is from a great breader around Ocala, Florida.

Thanks Michelle! Everybody's making me feel so much better about the taping. Bailey, on the other hand, gives me this.. "Why are you *doing* this to me, Mom" look every time he walks by. :)

The feet! That's what got me about Bailey when he was just born - he had these *enormous* feet... he's still growing into them but wow... here he is at 5 weeks.. what clodhoppers! :)

His feet are gonna get BIGGER? He already fits in my size 8 shoes! (well, that's his nose when he's trying to eat it - to be fair :) I have to wonder, if he's this big at six months, how much bigger will he be? His vet says he's not fat, and he's a fairly picky eater so it's all muscle I guess. Btw, your dogs are *gorgeous*... what beautiful sweethearts you have!!!

Our dog was called Jake (by us!) and they called him Eenie - they had Eenie, Meenie, Minie& Moe in the litter. I think his real name was McLea's Swashbuckler, something, something. They kept him for a year, but he was never show quality, so my mom met Leah at a dog show and that was that. I think Leah also introduced my mom to the breeder we got Snoops and Sadie from. I think Addie had the same parents as Jake but a different litter.

Yes, Funky Monkey is right! hahaha We didn't get it all off his head so he still smells like a Funky Monkey a bit. He was so traumatized by his bath the other night that we hate to do it again to him. I am starting to get a bit fond of the Funky Monkey smell. LOL PS LOVe your Cardis; ours is a Cardi too. Yours are adorable! I would love to have 2 but my daughter had to have a pem. I cant talk my husband into replacing his german shepard\chow mix with another cardi. Its only been 2 years since he lost her so I guess its still too soon. =(

Hi, it isn't really that cold, just a few degrees below freezing. I actually like that type of temperature better than heat in the summer. How cold is it getting where you are? Where did you get your gorgeous Cardigans? I have a Cardigan too. Joy and Butter

Thanks! I love the brindle cardis as well!! I fell in love with my friends cardi a few years ago. Ceiro's brown is really starting to show in the sunlight, it looks like he has more everyday! I can't wait to see how his color ends up developing.

We've just started taping. We've attempted it 3 times and each time the tape had to come off the next day because he would cause it to fold wrong and I didn't want it to leave creases in his ear. We'll just keep trying. :) He has very big ears as well but I'm sure he'll grow into them. I just hope we can get them to stand. He has a half brother (same dad) owned by my Mom and he has one floppy ear. The vet told us that is genetic so he may or may not have the same thing happen. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

PS: The picture of your Cardi begging is adorable. :)
