@Ruby - I had no idea that Lucy drank beer. Obviously, they didn't let her drink too much. But, I had an experience with my first corgi, Gorki, way back when I was in college. He ate my friend's small leather box & contents that were worse than alcohol. He was one sick corgi. I called the emergency vet and asked what to do, but they wanted my name and address, etc. So I just stayed up the whole night with him and monitored him closely. He was fine in the morning. I always knew corgis would eat anything, so we have to be vigilant. Yet, corgis always find a way to give us a scare.  ; )

Sparty stuck his nose into a Bloody Mary once while we were walking by some people. Fortunately they thought it was funny!
