Catching Winston

We are having problems with our corgi Winston. Today is a good example. We are on vacation in the Georgia mountains. we went on a long trail walk this morning. as you know, Winston lives for this kind of stuff. When we get back to the car, we cannot get him to come to us to put on his leash. this is typical. he goes mental on us and ran off. it took us 45 minute to secure him and get him leashed.
