About My Corgi(s):
Daisy is a red and white female born on 12/20/09 and our new pup, Scout is a tri male born November 14, 2011. I didn't know what I was getting into with these corgis and have completely fallen for them!! I definitely have Obsessive Corgi Disorder and I am proud of it! Daisy and I have been doing agility since April 2011 and LOVE IT!!!
Our old dog Jessie died October 2011 and we still miss her terribly. :'( She was a true Heinz 57 but I think she had some corgi in her somewhere. She was such a sweet dog and the reason I wanted to get a corgi.
I have:

4 Paws Kingdom was a lot of fun. Everything there is set up for the safety and comfort of the dogs. The owners have 2 Corgis, so we got the royal treatment. My husband and I don't own an RV, so we drove there in our car and rented the RV. They also have cabins, but they are smaller than the RVs. The 8 dog parks include one with a pond, one with agility, another with rally, small dog park, etc.
Asheville is a little over an hour away. Very dog friendly, but you can't take them into the Biltmore Mansion. Luckily, my husband and I had been there about 5 years ago, so we didn't go there this time. 4 Paws also will walk your dog (for a fee) if you are going to be gone all day, so you could check out the Biltmore. Well worth it.
That would be a LONG drive for you, however. Texas to NC... about 16 hours!
We drove 10 1/2 hours. We did it in 2 days and planned stops at dog parks along the way. We planned the whole vacation around the dogs!

Finally posted the pics from the meet up last month. Sorry it took me so long - life is always crazy!
Also put up some puppy pics of Scout that I still think are too cute!

Thank you for the warm words and for the tissues. Look forward to seeing you guys soon, I could use all the Corgi love I can get!
Thank you for the tissues Kara :)
Ok, great! Are you doing both days? I'm putting my CPE registration in the mail tomorrow!
Hey, are you guys still doing CPE? I'm looking into entering Tucker at the September trial in Frankston!

I'll have to try the egg thing. I've never heard that before!
Let me know when you will be at Petco. I would like to get the girls pictures taken.
