Hey Kyle, just started a new Milwaukee area specific group. Hoping to get more feedback there, and maybe get a meetup started:

I am 4 mos too, where did you come from? I came from Oshkosh maybe we are bros?? I am also very energetic and love to steal socks and mittens and chew paper esp when they leave the toilet paper roll on, toilet paper is evil and needs to be destroyed!!

Hi Kyle! Edan is soooo cute. Aww, he still so little. I saw your question in chat about him going in his kennel, is the kennel too big for him? If it is you can section if off too make it the right size. The kennel should only be big enough for them to stand up, turn around and lay down....that helps eliminating accidents. They usually do not like to mess up their crate if it is the right size. Hes still little just be consistent about taking him out for potty breaks. Usually about 15 min. after they eat they need to go. Hang in there, it will get better, give it time, til at least a year. Get used to accidents, they have to learn. Corgis are very smart though. Consistency is the key.

Welcome Kyle, Eden is a doll. I caught a bit of your discussion on the live chat. Sounds like Eden is going through an adjustment. Freedom can be confusing for a young dog. He just spent the better part of of his short life in a cage. Lots of love will help. I adopted a 3 year old female, rescued from a puppy mill. she spent the first three years of her life in a cage. She has become the most wonderful little dog. How lucky you are. Corgis have a way of sneaking into your heart. We have four of the little buggers. I can't even go to the bathroom by myself...not with out a furry escort. Annoying , but endearing at the same time. Obedience training is a great idea. Lots of exercise is also a key to better behavior and bonding. Seems like I'm one of many with a 19 year old daughter. Best to you and your furry new friend!
