About Me:
Tom and I love Corgis and Beagles. Currently we have one Corgi-Merlin 6 yrs old;and Beagles Nikki 13yrs and Tango 10. Tom and I are dog trainers specializing in Rally Obedience. We compete in Agility and Obedience and I am about to try my hand at Tracking with Merlin. We are pretty good with Corgi behavior so ask us questions any time. Look forward to being part of this group. Tom and I also work with Corgi Rescue doing transport, home visits and occasionally fostering.

I saw that you are beagle and corgi fans. so are we...our 1st two dogs were beagles that we rescued and were told they were brothers, probably on house brothers. They were great dogs and Max died in '03 and Buster in Feb. Beagles are great and we will never rule out getting another. Ours were big boned beagles maybe some other hound mixed in. But i must say corgi are great also. Love having Le-Le in our family. 1st cardigan for us but my family has had several pembroke corgis over the years.

Bell training means that we have a bell handing from the knob of our back door and Shelby rings it when she needs to go outside. Yes, she really does!

Thanks for the warm welcome. My partner's name is Patti. She is a vet tech........thus the large fur-family.

Thank you for commenting on my "pupsters". . . .When I got Sid, he was 3 years old and Babs was 10 months old. . .having a 2 month old puppy is soooo much fun. . .she makes me laugh and she loves to hug and kiss. . . .my videos were done on her first day in her new home. . .as you can see, they took to her right away and now they are inseparable. . . .she's learning from the "big dogs". . .she is starting to run and play like there's no tomorrow!!! LOL

I see! That sound really fun! maybe one day I can do that with my dogs too. But they are too impatient... So, do you train your dog daily? or is it a less intensive training schedule?

Welcome aboard Kathharine! Tell us about Rally Obedience! I have no idea that exists! And I'm sure we can learn a lot from you!
