I am new to this site. My son will soon be picking up his new puppy of eight weeks. He is purchasing her from a breeder in Southeast Missouri. She has litters once, maybe twice a year. Has four…Continue
"Lisa ...... Once again, thanks very much for organizing CorgiCon 2013. Kevin's little Kallie slept pretty much the rest of the afternoon she was so worn out. We all, Kallie included, had a wonderful time."
"I realized my mistake last night after I started looking people up on MyCorgi.
I wrote Gina today and told her that I have another of the Corgi keychains that I gave to the couple from Tinley Park. I offered to mail it to her. So, if she…"
"That's quite a drive. From Roselle 158 miles. Tinley Park approximately 116 miles.
I think you both deserve a travel award. If Lisa will allow me, I will donate a little $$$ to the cause to make that possible ..... :-)
"Amie Jo. If you have the space, go for it. I am a professional pet sitter and most of my clients with dogs have three to four per household. One family has three female border collies. They get along great. One has all…"
"Thanks for the information. I agree on the thunderstorm. We used to manage a Little League team and we would see other teams practicing on the field with lightning in the area. Whenever we heard thunder, we called our…"
"Someone told me that there is a chance for rain on Saturday morning. That it is supposed to clear up for the afternoon. CorgiCon will still be held if it works out that way, right? As long as it's not raining at the time it is…"
"Hi, Nicole. The Corgi family you met today at Petsmart is that of my son, Kevin, of Champaign. He is a member of this forum, too. His little female Corgi is Kallie. Channing is an adorable Corgi and I love the photos of her…"
"It might be at the dog park. Kallie's fence is a wooden privacy fence. We are on a very busy street with a good amount of foot traffic. I just left one at Pard's Western store in Urbana because they sell a lot of Corgi…"
"I put up a flyer on Kallie's fence. I recently saw a new Corgi in our area as her human companion was walking her. Heard Kallie barking and went to see what was going on. The new Corgi and Mom were walking by. She…"
"How incredibly sad........... I am so sorry to hear about Minnie Maple. I used to live in Texas when I was younger and I was always afraid of Black Widows and scorpions that lived in our area. I had no idea they were that poisonous…"
Kallie is six weeks old. Orange/white pembroke female. My son is bringing her into his life at eight weeks. He has wanted a Corgi for many years and finally is getting his wish. I have Border Collies in my life and I am looking forward to spending time with Kallie, too.

I realized my mistake last night after I started looking people up on MyCorgi.
I wrote Gina today and told her that I have another of the Corgi keychains that I gave to the couple from Tinley Park. I offered to mail it to her. So, if she sends me her address I can send her the keychain.
Had a great time yesterday. Kallie is adorable!
I felt like I did not have enough time to visit with everyone. I was trying to welcome every new person that arrived and help them with the park district forms, etc. I had to spread myself thin. I wish we had more time to visit.
AAAAHHHHH...just had a brain fart! If you scroll on your page where it shows your activity (where it says you replied to a posting) there is a hyperlink. Yours says "Stephanie commented on LA Stewart's event Illinois Corgi Picnic in Freeport". Click on the writing that I underlined here...it will take you directly to the posting. Sorry I haven't responded sooner, I am horrible about checking my page, and haven't been on here alot lately--my dad's in the hospital...hope this helps!!
Hi Stephanie!! I'm not sure where to look-- was it in the blog, forum or event section? If you're worried about having named me, no big deal. I don't mind! Mistakes happen.... :-) If you need to find it for another reason, you can always try to mail Sam Tsang, he can find it for you. If you give me an idea what section you saw it in, I can try too...I'll keep searching in the meantime...I'll let you know if I find it, if not, let me know where you think it was.
Your Corgi Grandchild will be the perfect age next year for the Corgi picnic.
I noticed that you are from Champaign. I am also from Champaign. In May of this year I had an event called CORGI-CON at the Urbana dog park. We had 23 Corgis at that first CORGI-CON, so I plan to do it again in 2013. Keep an eye on the events page in the spring. I would LOVE to see the new Corgi at that. CONGRATS on the puppy!
