That since I requested the smallest male, I am actually getting the runt!! I thought one of the females was going to be the runt. But I was wrong, and I am sure happy about that!
Hello Amber and Kip!! Good to hear from you. Yes Mr. Lance loves to lay outside, lol. Just today he was whining to go out and I thought it was for potty but no it was just to lay on the cement in the sun. haha. He also gets to go in his kiddie pool from time to time. Heres a pic of him in his pool:
Thanks for stopping by our page!! Good to hear from you! We have been doing good, time just keeps flying by!! Lance is four now :O Kipper is getting so big too, what a handsome corgi! Enjoy your holidays, hope you and Kipper are doing well, maybe we will chat soon. Here are some Christmas pictures of Lance, the first two are from last year with our old camera that was on its last leg as you can tell by the quality of the pics and the last two are with the new camera.
Hi Amber, I would at this age keep him in your sight at all times or make sure that he is confined to a small room that is gated and also puppy proofed. At this age a big house can overwhelm a pup. Our breeder suggested keeping Lance confned to a smaller area and then as they get older gradually expand their horizons. There is a FAQ page on the top of mycorgi, that is very informative on housebreaking written by one of the members here, you probably will want to read that. Another thing I have heard of people doing with young pups is tethering the pup to you so they are with you at all times when they are little. Hope I helped. Talk to you soon. Natalie
awww. I know it must be hard to leave him. :( He definatley gives you a reason to come up happy though, yay!!! Corgis are very smart and they will try to outsmart you if they dont feel like you are taking charge!! I am sure you will be fine. Love your profile picture of Kip!!!
Aww, I remember my first day back at work. Showing off pictures to all my coworkers and counting the minutes till I could go home. For the first week or two back I would literally run from the subway stop back to my apartment.
I love Kip's one ear! Both of Faye's went up one day at the same time and we didn't get any funky ear pictures. He is too cute, can't wait to watch him grow up!
