I am writing because recently (in the past 4 months), my non-aggressive & very submissive 4 year old Pembroke has become aggressive. I do not know how to get this under control. There are 2 events that I believe led to this behavior. 1. I was separated from my dog for 3 months while taking care of a Visa situation. I know, corgis are such tough little guys and they don't complain. Sidney hiked miles with me in the hills and his only complaint was stopping to rest. He never liked to get up on his hind legs (to jump up on me or to put his paws on my knee to be petted), I now know that it probably hurt him to do it.

I sure hope Ein has better news. If it is the front legs, it might be elbow dysplasia. Someone else on this site is dealing with that right now. Ugh, these things are heartwrenching. Please let me know what they tell you. I'll keep fingers crossed for good news.
