I only want to put this out there so that other Corgi buyers don't go through what I am going though right now.

Last year I purchase a beautiful female Corgi from Glenco Corgis out of Michigan, which they called Chelsea. I signed an agreement with the owner stating that after I spayed her, I would be sent her registration papers application. It has been almost a year since I had her spayed and still have not received the application and the seller refuses to return any of…
