Today was Archie's first day with us at work. XP Not sure how he did. I downloaded some classical music to play while we were out. Hoping it would mellow him out. Did some tricks with him when we got home. I messed up when I brought him up after taking him to the bathroom. =( He started growling at a neighbor and i know I pulled him closer to me than i should have but I forgot to ignore him. Ugh. Got back yesterday. Over thirty hours of driving in four days - exhausting. Colorado to California and back again! XP Archie is doing pretty good. Still pulling a bit on the leash and still barking at cars & people. =( Not sure but have a feeling it's going to take a long time to break him of it. Taught him leave it, though. Still needs more practice but pretty awesome that he picked it up after just one session of training. Seems to be testing Greg out with authority but kinda accepting… Continue

Been reading a little about training my dog... maybe a lot. Read pretty much all of "Dog Training for Dummies" except where it got into training for shows. No where near ready for that at this point. Archie is the smartest dog ever and I really do blame myself for his current behavior. I had a hard time where I was at in my life and I did neglect him quite a bit.
