So I came home from work today and Leia had chewed through the wallpaper and drywall, right down to the stud, in my kitchen. It took everything I had in me not to scream! I don't know what to do. We keep her locked in the kitchen but there is a doggy door so she can go outside when she needs too. I don't want to crate her because no one is home for 8+ hours 4 days a week. So I have a trip to San Francisco planned for August and the thought of leaving my new girl Leia is killing me already! I would LOVE to take her but I'm not sure for one if its a great idea and for two if its fair to our other dog who is just too large to take. We will only be gone 4 1/2 days but that seems like enough time to throw off any of the training we are working on. Maybe taking her would mess that up too? I don't know. I keep going back and forth on the idea.
