How do I stop Norm from scarfing his food without chewing it?  Last night he threw up and none of the food had been chewed at all! I don't think this is why he threw up ( he borrowed the neighbor dog's rawhide bone and he has not had raw hide before that I know of).  Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Every now and then Gretzky will lick his paw until a sore forms. I've tried wrapping it in a bandage , which ends up being like a "cast" on his little leg. I noticed him licking his paw last night and am wondering if anyone has a suggestion. First of all, why do they do it.... AND what can I do about it??

At one of my Grandson's birthday parties a little girl saw our Corgi, Gretzky, for the first time and yelled to her Dad: "Look at the enormous hamster!"

Someone mentioned to my husband that there are recreational Corgi "herding camps" . Are there such places? I would love to see Gretzky live his dream!

I am new to MyCorgi.com and fairly new to the Corgi breed. Gretzky is 7 yrs. old. Someone recently told my husband that Corgis get unusually grumpy as they age. Is there any truth to this?



Also, a couple of months ago Gretzky didn't want to go for a walk and didn't want to down the two steps to get in and out of our house.
