Our very adult children have been calling Chepstow a hamster from the first time they saw him at 8 weeks.

When we were camping this past weekend a little girl told us they looked like hamsters with a dog's head. She then kept coming by to say hi to them and receive "corgi love". So I guess that's a good thing.

LOL thats super cute. My parents have a Chihuahua & well she is a tea cup one ( the tiniest thing KNOW on earth.. LOL ) but my brothers friend took one look at my parents dog & called her a "beanie baby with batteries" I about fell over when i heard him say this. so your story made me giggle & remember my own story :-)

Cute! One of my puppy owners husband described the puppy pics at 2 days old as guinea pigs with their little pink noses and no ears so I can relate to this...he did eventually accept that yes, she really was a Corgi!
