Lucy and I are trying to raise money for our Relay for Life event. We are walking for my mom who has been battling colorectal cancer for 4 years. Ever since we got Lucy last spring she has been the light of my mom's life. Lucy and I have been members of our local Bark Park since it opened last spring. It has been almost 3 months since we have run into another dog. Every time we go there is no one in sight. I can't figure out if we are going at the wrong times or if dog parks are only busy when it's nice out? It's kind of sad. Our local Petland has had the cutest corgi puppy for almost a month now. My family has named him Oliver and we visit him at least once a week. I feel so bad for him because he is getting bigger and bigger but his cage is not. Everytime my sister or I are in there we carry him around and answer the questions of the people in there because people in this area have no idea what a corgi is.
