Hi guys! It's been awhile since I've written, and a lot has happened. First, Sandy made a one-way trip to the vet, and I was VERY sad for a long time. I laid around like a blob, hardly ate (imagine that!), cried every time mommy left, and was miserable. Well, my family decided the remedy was a new puppy, and not even a corgi at that!! They brought home this skinny, long-legged thing. I will tell you I was none too happy about it at first. I growled at her for a week or so when she angered me, then I grew a little more subtle. After two weeks, I decided she'd endured my hazing and she was a-ok with me! Her being tall is a big advantage-we can be partners in crime. She can reach things I never could, and not to brag, but clearly, I am the BRAINS of the operation! So, I've decided to accept her, and even enjoy the company. It's very hot here. My new friend Pearl doesn't seem to mind, but she has almost no hair. Me, with my beautiful thick coat-well, I hate the heat. But, I will endure. Life is pretty good overall.

Glad to hear the dogs are getting along now. Cute story!

P.S. I like the picture of them behind the gate "in jail"
