Halloween Fun

Before you know it Halloween will be here! Debating whether or not to bring Lance along trick or treating with the kids, that could be fun, or could be more work than fun. Not sure how he is going to like everyone dressed up in costumes! I think it would be fun to dress him up and bring him along for the walk. All the strange costumes could put Lance in a very barky mood. Hmmm...well I have awhile to think about it. What is everyone elses experience with Halloween and their corgi? Maybe I will tire him out at doggie daycare before we go trick or treating, that could work! Would love to hear everyones stories.

I do call him my energizer bunny! We probably will end up making it a few houses down and then coming home and dropping him off and going back out, hehe

Comment by Furpants McGee on September 29, 2008 at 11:00pm: I was thinking...the doggie day care might help a bit to tire him out, but if he's anything like Abby, all the excitement of giggling children all dressed up running around the neighborhood, so many new smells...I know for sure Abby would act as if she had done nothing all day! Some days, I can take her for a walk/run, play fetch for 20-30 mins...and after an hour of rest, she's bouncin around again as if none of that took place. I agree to just take him and if it's too much to just bring him home. Of course as he gets older and mellower, you will have no worries. :) I do expect to see lots of pictures!!!!!
