Dog gets neglected because of videogames.
Naw, just kidding.
Spore came out, so Didi and I have been playing a whole lot of it. Yesterday I tore myself away from it long enough to take her to the dog park where she got to play with a little beagle. Usually she fence-hugs when we're there, or makes the rounds to all the people, but this time she got a lot of running in behind that beagle.
On the way home I got her a 24" bully stick, which should keep her well occupied while I lose myself in the spore universe again.
Wee-oo! Back to the game!!

My corgi actually loves Mario Galaxies on the Wii. Lots of moving things and colors. She stands at rapt attention. Things she's destroyed... The Eee PC cable. The Printer cable, the speaker cables, the ipod usb cable, the optical cables for the PS2 and 3 skype headsets. Corgis, working hard to free us from the oppressive clutches of technology.

Caleb pulls the cord out of my macbook pro as he wanders under the table reminding me to return to the land of the living. It's a good thing the cord attaches magnetically. We should start a new group: Spore: The corgis that hate it and the owners who can't get enough of it. And since when did workdays get so long? Oh yeah, since Spore came out. Good thing I have mycorgi to keep me occupied. :-)

Video games and the internet are a dog's worst friend. My dog has already chewed up my laptop and knocked over my xbox 360.
