Finally no rain. Jake was not pleased with having to go out in torrential rain. He was very good, though, went out and did his business and then ran for the door. R took him for a short walk as well. He wanted to go for a walk after dinnre but I had to tell him no as it was pouring again. Had to settle for an evening of hugs, and playing with toys.

This morning was much better, he went out happily. He is starting to understand words such as "potty" so he knows when we tell him to go potty, he needs to attend to business. Hopefuly, this evening I can take him for a nice walk. We can confront the scary stone lion once again.

R is having a sleep over on Friday. There will be lots of teen girls over for for the night and that will be really fun. Assuming we have the sleep over, it is supposed to snow, so we shall see. I know Jake will love all the kids coming over, it will be his debut. We have tried to keep things very quiet for him to get used to us, but this was planned months before Jake was even an idea...so...
