He's a Welsh corgi mix. I filled out an application the other day and I just checked my mail and got the reply that they couldn't consider my application because I wasn't in the Washington DC area! He's the cutest little guy and deserves a loving home and not a concrete floor in a kennel. Can someone help him out?!

He looks like a sweet little guy! I see they say he can only be adopted in the Washington DC metro area....hope he finds a great home.
