Who uses a doggie backpack during walks? If you do, what kind do you use, and where did you get it?

You mean one for the dog, or one for the human?
I don't like the idea of making a corgi carry a pack; the weight they can carry is insignificant and I want them free and unencumbered.
For neighborhood walks, a find a simple fanny pack ($2 garage sale special) nearly perfect.
