I'm currently typing with one hand because the other is busy keeping Nellie from falling off my lap. She has been very needy the past few days and always needs a lap. She's more of a couch dog now though at almost 30 lbs. then she is a chair dog. Soooo heavy, but how can you turn her down? :)

When Finn decides he's ready to be calm he turns into a lap dog. He'll usually start at one end of the couch then then creep over and climb into my lap or if I am laying down he'll just lay halfway on me with his head on my chest. He started all this about 2 months ago and though it can sometimes be a hassle, I like this cuddly side of him.

Since he was little he has always though if I'm sitting on the floor that means he should be in my lap. It worked at first but now that he's 39 lbs he barely fits. When he went to the vet for an allergic reaction one of the techs said she sat on the floor and he climbed in her lap. Who can resist such a cute face? I sure can't.

Oh yes, I know what you mean. Bella is my longest corgi and very hard to keep on my lap!
