Our little Zander had a routine neuter surgery on Wednesday and now is back in the hospital.  He is dripping blood not only when he pees but all the time.  Sometime it just shoots out of him. Dr. went in to see if he could find the problem but couldn't see where the blood is coming from.  Has anyone ever heard of anything like this.  I am so worried.

Sounds like the vet could have nicked an artery, I would get another vet to look at this puppy if this vet is unable to find the problem.

Sorry can't help either but hope you find the problem soon!

Thanks, Cheryl.   I will ask my Dr. if that might be it.

"Sometimes it just shoots out of him."  Several years ago our Brittany went through a barbed wire fence & caught the sheath of his p**** on the barb.....it made a small tear.  It took our vet a week to discover it because he wasn't bleeding all the time, just when he would get excited to eat, or stretch after sleeping.....then there was blood everywhere.  The vet had to actually take a few stitches to sew it closed, kept him at the hospital for a few days to keep him calm so it had time to heal.  Good luck & please keep us posted.

Hi Sheila,  I have not heard of anything like that, but I just wanted to send corgi well wishes your way.  I hope he's OK.
