Well for the 1,000th time, I've tripped over Bella. But this time dropping my plate of scrambled eggs, toast, and bacon...i'm starting to think she's doing it because it's funny. Well, she got what she wanted, a plate of human food.

Ever since she was a pup we'd been tripping over her long hotdoggy body. I mean it used to be just a stumble and a laugh, but as she got older/bigger its been a fall and an ouch. It's sorta funny how obnoxious she is on having to wedge herself in between our legs while we're doing something important. It's never caused any serious injuries (yet..), but it's just a simple annoying trait she possesses that leaves one aggravated, and the other with the win.

Let me know...does your corgster have the tripping trait too?

I also think they plot against us in order to get the yummy food they want, they are just too smart!! :)

Autumn...both the dogs and the cats pull that little trick.  The dogs stop dead and I have gone ass over teakettle more than once.  The cats do the weave in front of you so there is no possible way to step around them without stepping on them.

I almost took a header down the basement steps this morning.  Was going down to get the dog and cat food.  Picked up my foot to step down on the first step and bam....there was Graycie the cat.  Not sure how I managed to right myself but she got a good yelling at.  Not that it made any impression on her.

Dodger will chase after our feet and then completely stop in front of us an cause us to stumble over him on a daily basis. Then he'll sit there after you tripped and get this goofy look on his face and wag his little nubby.

Well...it might make him think about getting under foot the next time.

We have to lock Waffle in a room if we're doing serious kitchen work or moving furniture or something because we'll trip over him about 50 times... and nobody wants to drop a couch on the corgi.

Tucker strikes again, almost got my husband this afternoon, following him very closely, and he wasnt even going to the kitchen!!  They just love to be right by our sides at all times  :)  Have to watch our steps, every step of the way, lol.

I fondly refer to Bailey as "Oliver under-foot" !  He too likes to blend in with the cabinets in the kitchen waiting for the stray ingredient to fall.  I try to look at it this way...at least he doesn't have a tail to step on!

Good thing they didn't trip James Bond!

I have to laugh...I love Daniel Craig.  But what did I watch when he was at the palace?  The corgis of course!

The phenomena known as log-dog.  When it was announced that the Queen's corgis had bloodied her guards log-dog was the immediate conclusion at my house.
