Today I started to mix new 'customized' food to Jeter's old food(Wellness).
The new one is a trial package(2.5 lb) of RedMoon dog food.
We went to the Pet Expo on March 21st and when we stopped at this company's booth, they had a free trial promotion.
We didn't know many things about this food but after speaking with the representative, the product sounded good enough to try. And it was for free :-)

There are not that many reviews on the internet about this food but the ones I found said "the food quality is really good but the price is high."
Yes, the price is almost double of what we pay for Jeter's current food.
It is grain, gluten, soy, rice, wheat and corn free and you can create your own dog food.
We picked High Protein Lamb & Potato Fusion for normal activity. We also picked two free supplements - High gloss skin & coat makeover and Digest-aid.

Normally, Jeter is not that excited about dry food but he is crazy about the new food.
To be honest, I don't know what to expect from this food.
I think this would be good for my corgi but I am not sure I want to pay that much money for the dog food - regular 7lb bag is $28.79.
Anyway, we will see when Jeter finishes this trial package.

Is there anyone who try this one??

Hi Kimberlie, I am happy to hear your Adora loves her new food.
Like Adora, Jeter didn't eat dry food unless we added something (wet food or yogurt) before. But now with this one, he eats just dry food so happily.
After finished the trial bag, we ordered 7 lb bag from their website. They look little bit drier than the trial bag so I called RedMoon customer service number yesterday and you know what? The guy who answered and talked with me for a while with very friendly manner was the president of that company!! He said he wants to listen from the customer so the first 6 months he is answering the phone. After he listened to me saying this time kibbles are a little bit drier looking and lighter color than before, he gave me the promotion code which I can order another bag for free :-) I am really satisfied.

After seeing your post, i desided to try it out, and let me just say thank you!!!!!! Adora loves it. Usually i have to add something into her food to get her to eat. I just got the trial bag, knowing she can be picky. As soon as i put her dish down and told her to eat she was all over it. we have tried swithing her before but never found anything she likes. Thanks a million for sharing your great find.

For Jeter, less than 1 cup a day. In their letter there is a recommended feeding guideline (20-35 lb dog : 1 - 1 1/2 cup per day) with saying "Optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size, and activity level. Please use the information as an initial recommendation only and adjust accordingly"). According to them, this is the high nutritional density of food so it will allow you to feed much less than you may be accustomed to. They also strongly recommend a slow transition (taking at least 10 days).
Anyway I admit this one has the best looking kibbles. Looks really fresh.

I've never heard of that one....but that price is really steep! How much do they recommend you feed to Jeter per day?
