here goes...

max and juni are doing great, of course! his ears STILL aren't up, but they're "perkier" than when he was a pup, so we're hopeful, lol! they get along pretty well, of course the other day they fought for the same rib bone, even though they each had their own--juneaux has a sharing problem sometimes, we think.

max is definitely the sweetheart, juni too of course, but max just LOVES to snuggle. juni isn't a big snuggler, but she does like a good belly rub:) they're both adjusting very well to eachother, and to a new noise around the house...

the baby! i was due to go in on the 9th, for those who knew, and had a final appointment on the 1st. my blood pressure was really high, (150/90, norm 100/60), so they told me to go home pick up my stuff and meet the dr back at the hospital! what a surprise! i had her at 1:24pm. we were able to convince family that it wasnt an april fools joke, so they met us at the hospital and my husband was able to be in the O.R. with me:)

the hospital stay was horrible though! i couldn't stand being away from my little boy:( my last night there, they went to visit me, and i cried my eyes out when they left. i hated being away from home--what a baby huh, lol!

anyway, this is turning out to be a short update, i hear her stirring--oh, and for those who were asking...we named her Olivia Rain:)

Congratulations on your baby girl, what a beautiful name! That is too funny that you had to convince your family it was not an april fools joke, lol, what a story, your daughter will get a kick out of that one day!

Thanks! Max is 19 1/2 weeks now, but does have an ear trying its best to stand, lol! How would the craft foam work? I REALLY want to tape his ears, but I'm sure Juni will try to take it off, and sadly I don't have the time to have him inside all day, and away from her. Maybe I'll try it anyway though, maybe she'll freak out with his ears and leave him alone, lol! Let me know what it is I would need to buy.

I'd noticed your site wasn't being updated, and was hoping everything was ok. Make sure to send me the new site--I love checking out your page:)

Congratulations on your new little bundle of joy! Olivia Rain...how beautiful!

Don't give up on Max's ears...how old is he now? We had a puppy wait till fourteen weeks one time. I had advised the owners to use craft foam and tape. Well, they bought the supplies and the very next day both ears were standing tall! Maybe you just need to lay some duct tape around where he can see it--lol!

P.S. We're expecting puppies (Wynter and Rock) in June! Still doing battle with my web host, so my site isn't up-to-date, but am in the process of switching to a new host. I haven't been able to update since February!! UGH!

Congratulations on your baby! Hopefully we'll meet her soon and see the rest of your family. And that's true you had her on April 1st, so your whole family kept thinking it really was just a joke? How long did it take for you guys to actually convince them you were very serious??? That's so funny!
