I injured my foot yesterday, though I'm not sure how. I have an appointment set up later today to get it checked out. But anyway, when I woke up this morning to my hyperactive Bella jumping and hoping all over the bed, I kicked her off so she wouldn't accidentally hurt my foot further. I limped over to the couch, and it seemed as if Bella sensed that I was hurt and she instantly changed her attitude. She hopped onto the couch next to me, and circled around my foot before settling down and gently licked the exact spot where my foot was hurt. I had never seen her act so calm, and it really shocked me when she started licking the exact spot of my injury. Dogs truly are man's BFF.

My Edward is very in tune to me and about 3 weeks ago it had snowed here in Mn and I had them out for a walk and slipped and fell right on my butt(didn't get hurt) he stayed right by my side the whole rest of the walk and just kept looking to make sure I was gonna be alright, it really was quite amazing to see him act like this as he is just 6months old and wild most of the time!!!

Yes...these guys are very good at knowing whether it's an injury or if we are sad! Mine will do the same except for the time I tripped and fell outside in a hole...I had 5 corgis climbing on me to see if I was ok unfortunatly I was hurting and didn't really want this kind of attention! I'm sure she knew and was letting you know! Way to go Bella!
