Wow, time flies when you are having fun!! It seems like just yesterday we picked Lance up from the breeder. He is just so much fun and turning out to be a great dog. The teenage stage is over, we survived, although he altogether didnt give us that much trouble, of course there were times
that we had to make sure he knew we were boss and he does, if I could only get that to my daughters head, lol....she just turned 13 today, the 29th!!! Yikes....teenage dog years are so much easier to deal with, at least for me! It is birthday central in October here.....the 12th..my youngest daughters....my oldest daugher...29th....and Lance..the 30!
We have a new pet boutique that just opened up in October, (perfect timing) so we bought Lance some yummy all natural doggie pie! He already got his presents since I have been buy things for him all month from the new doggie boutiuqes in town, we didnt have any in our town and now 2 have opened up in a month! Needless to say I have been shopping all month for Lance....he got early birthday treats. Wagathals, biscuits maple oatmeal with bannana and apples, they are nice and soft in case you
want to use them as training treats. The other biscuits he got were the Buddy Biscuits....Itty Bitty, they are really itty bitty gingerbread shaped but are peanut butter flavor, Lance loves all of the new treats. He also got a new leash, since his other one was looking rather chewed! He is a pretty spoiled dog! I do like to call him my puppy still even though he isnt. I remember when we brought him home and every morning I would sit with him in the kitchen and hold him like a baby! He loved it! To this day I still can pick him up like a baby and he loves it. He is a bit longer now though so it is a challenge, as we need to be careful with his back since it is so long. Alot of times I pick him up and bring him on the
couch to lay with me and he loves that too, he is just a big baby!!! Happy Birthday Lance!
