Cooper is now 18 weeks old and his ears are still not standing properly. We have tried taping them but he keeps getting the tape off. Short of putting a cone on him, I don’t know how to keep the tape on. Am I too late? With Buddy and Chase, their ears were up long before now. He is absolutely adorable no matter what but I think his floppy ears take away from the Corgi look. Any suggestions???? Thanks :)

You could try using masking tape and then put duct tape over it to reinforce it. I've seen some people fighting their cardi's ears until they're close to a year old, so it can take quite a while sometimes.

Thanks everyone!!! We have tried the blue painters tape and masking tape but they are just stubborn. My oldest, Buddy, still has floppy tips to his ears (he is 8yrs) and they are adorable but we love the huge ears that Cardi's have so we are hoping they will still pop up!

It's not too late. This is basically the method I used for ear taping, except I only used masking tape. If he's getting the tape off that easily I'd say use a stickier tape and just leave it on until it falls off.
