How to make a Party Dress for a Corgi

Hi fellow Corgi lovers :-)

I completely forgot my log in information for Charlies page and have been dying to post a whole bunch of new things!

The past week I've been working on a dress for my little love for her Birthday next month. She'll be turning 4... oh how fast time flies....

I haven't sewn anything in over a decade and when I purchased a new sewing machine I was eager to try it out and see what I could make. As finding outfits for Charlie aren't always easy as she is bigger than a Large but smaller than an XL.. I decided to make her a personalized dress.. Only something one of a kind made from her one and only mama :-)

I created a step by step instructable which I posted online last night. Waking up this morning I get a wonderful email from the founder of the site saying that my work was being featured on the home page. I was delighted at the news to say the least. I'm not a professional by any means, and this is my first fully made outfit, but I was so excited I had to share it. And I genuinely fell proud of myself. I hope you all like it too !!

I figured since it was my first dress with my new machine, that I would post my progress. I felt good posting it, in hopes that it could help someone else make a dress that wasn't quite sure how to!
