Since I did an update or even really spoke much for that matter.

It has finally come down to the wire. We thought we were going to be moved in to the new home by January, but now it seems like moving in to the new house in February is going to be the ultimate conclusion. The apartment is mostly empty now and we have only a few more items left to remove from the apartment and the precious cargo of course.

Dodger now has become full aware that there are windows. And windows mean deer and deer lead to bark and hopping up and down trying to decide if he can fly or not -- or be a cat and walk on the window sill. Still, he's a happy corgi and has been having many runs throughout the apartment with Kisa our little rescue kitty. On top of this, he has had his first taste of salmon treats. While he only gets a small bit, he seems to enjoy the flavor and the fact that it's entirely something new to his taste buds.

We can just tell he is going to be very happy in his new home with us. The yard is huge and has lots of room for him to run. First chance we get we'll be putting up a fence. Until then he'll have to stay on leash till a fence has been established. But there are two-three large trees in the backyard so I have no doubt that come summer time he is going to be quite cool.

For right now though, our mischief corgi is curled up beside me, tuckered out from all the running about through the empty apartment. And I couldn't agree more that it is time for a nap. In the meantime, I shall keep all of you updated on our progress!
